The clinical framework from Laura's Encinitas practice — now accessible anywhere.
Fertility Club is a structured membership program built around a four-stage approach to identifying and resolving the root patterns behind your fertility challenges.
This isn't a course. It's not a group coaching program. It's something different.
Most fertility support online follows one of two models: a course you buy and finish, or a community where people share supplements and swap labs. Fertility Club is neither.
It's an ongoing membership program built around the same clinical framework Laura uses with her in-person patients in Encinitas — the Four-Stage Fertility Framework, a structured approach to identifying and resolving the root patterns behind your fertility challenges, in the right order.
That last part matters more than most programs acknowledge. The order in which you address things isn't arbitrary. What you do first, second, and third determines whether the rest of it lands.
Fertility Club gives you access to that framework — in depth, with Laura's direct guidance — wherever you are.
The Framework You’ll Work Through
Resolve the Exterior
Immune dysregulation, chronic inflammation, and systemic barrier function. Most complex fertility cases have something going on here — even when labs don't show it.
Fortify the Center
Gut health, the gut-hormone axis, blood sugar regulation, and the microbiome's role in estrogen metabolism. If this layer is compromised, hormonal support above it is working against a tide.
Harmonize the Pivot
The nervous system, the HPA axis, and the way chronic stress suppresses reproductive function at the level of the hypothalamus. This isn't about relaxation. It's about physiology.
Free the Flow
Circulation, blood stasis, and the vascular supply to the uterus and ovaries. Everything from lining quality to follicle development depends on what's happening here.
This is the order of operations. Working through it systematically — with guidance on which stage is most relevant to your pattern and why — is what distinguishes this program from anything else you've tried. Fertility Club is for a specific kind of woman
It's not for everyone — and that's by design.
Fertility Club works best for women who have already done the standard things and are frustrated that the answers don't match the effort. Women who've had the "everything looks normal" conversation and know there's something that conversation isn't accounting for. Women who want to understand their pattern, not just manage their diagnosis.
It's not the right fit if you're looking for someone to tell you what supplements to take or a community to vent in. The program asks you to engage with a framework, apply it to your situation, and take the work seriously.
If that sounds like you, it's probably the right fit.
One reason generic protocols fail
Eastern medicine has always worked from the understanding that the same diagnosis can have multiple different root patterns — and those patterns require different approaches.
Two women with PCOS can need completely opposite treatments. Two women with "unexplained infertility" can be in entirely different physiological situations. Identifying your pattern — your Fertility Type — is what allows care to be specific instead of generic.
Inside Fertility Club, you'll learn your Fertility Type early. There are five types: Soggy, Stuck, Tired, Pale, and Dry. Each one reflects a distinct set of physiological patterns and responds to different interventions. What helps one type can make another worse.
Understanding yours is one of the most useful things you can do.
Start as a guest — no commitment, no cost, by application only
The Guest Period is the entry point. It's free, and it's by application only.
As a guest you’ll have access to:
The Fertility Foundations Vault
The Fertility Foundations Vault — a curated collection of resources that introduces the Four-Stage Framework, helps you identify your Fertility Type, and gives you a clear picture of how this approach differs from what you've encountered elsewhere. It's not a preview. It's real, substantive content.
The Fertility Club Chat
The Fertility Club Chat — a private, secure group where you can ask questions, see how the program works in practice, and get a direct sense of the community you'd be joining as a full member.
A Clear Path Forward
The guest period isn't a sales experience. It's a chance to see whether this is the right next step — and to give us a chance to see whether you're the right fit for the program.
The application is intentional. This isn't open enrollment. The program works in part because of the quality of the community, and maintaining that requires being selective about who joins. If you're accepted, it's because the fit is genuine.
Free to join. Application required. Not open enrollment.
Already working with Laura in Encinitas?
Fertility Club is available as an add-on to in-person care. If you're already a patient, ask about access at your next appointment. The program content reinforces and extends what you're working on in clinic — it's not redundant.
The framework you learn here stays with you.
Understanding your body through the lens of Eastern medicine isn't just useful for TTC. The pattern-based approach to health — knowing your type, understanding how the stages relate to your physiology, recognizing what your cycle is telling you — carries forward through every phase of your hormonal health.
What you build here isn't temporary.
Fertility Club is available to women anywhere. The content, the guidance, and the community are accessible whenever you need them.
