The Fertile Earth Method
Infertility isn’t random, your strategy shouldn’t be either.
Discover Your Fertility Type
Your Fertility Type is the guiding factor in deciding what treatment strategies will work best for you.
Treat the Right Things First
Treatment at Fertile Earth follows a specific sequence because your body has one. The order isn’t arbitrary — each layer creates the conditions the next one depends on.
Stay Consistent
Consistent care is what lets each layer of treatment take hold. Three months is the biological minimum — that’s how long it takes a follicle to develop from recruitment to ovulation. You’re working within the rhythm your body already runs on, not waiting for something to happen.
The Fertile Earth Method
At Fertile Earth, treatment moves through four key stages. These aren’t four things to work through over time. They’re four categories of influence on your fertility — and addressing them in this sequence is what prevents wasted effort. Most protocols treat all of them simultaneously and hope something lands. This approach treats them in the order your body can use.
Stage One: Resolve the Exterior
Reduce inflammation, immune stress, and hidden pathogen load.
Stage Two: Fortify the Center
Restore digestive function, metabolism, and nutrient absorption so the body has the resources required to produce healthy eggs and hormones.
Stage Three: Harmonize the Pivot
Support nervous system balance and healthy hormone signaling between the brain and ovaries.
Stage Four: Free the Flow
Improve circulation to the uterus and ovaries so follicles, ovulation, and implantation are well supported
Strategy that goes beyond data points
Many fertility treatments focus narrowly on hormones. But hormones don’t operate in isolation from the rest of your body. They’re part of a complex network of interacting systems.
At Fertile Earth, treatment follows a strategic order of operations based on Eastern Medicine physiology, a thousands year old system of medicine that recognizes the complex interplay of environment, lifestyle, and your unique inherited health potential.
For truly sustainable changes to take hold, your body’s systems must be restored in the right sequence, not by chasing symptoms and focusing on isolated lab values.
This is what allows treatment to address root patterns rather than chase symptoms in circles.

Fertile Earth Is Designed for Women Who:
Are ovulating regularly but still not getting pregnant
Have been told everything looks “normal” but something still feels off
Over 35 and want to support egg quality and hormone balance
Have a diagnosis — PCOS, endometriosis, DOR, unexplained infertility — and want care that actually addresses the pattern, not just the label
Experience irregular cycles, PMS, or spotting before their period
Are preparing for or currently undergoing IVF or IUI
Want a strategic approach instead of trying more random fertility advice
Many women seeking fertility acupuncture are already doing “everything right.” Eating well, exercising, cycle tracking, yet pregnancy still hasn’t happened. Fertility acupuncture works by restoring the physiological systems that allow conception to occur naturally.
What Fertility Acupuncture Does
When your body is functioning well, ovulation, hormone signaling, and uterine receptivity occur naturally.
Fertility acupuncture supports these processes by improving the communication between the brain, ovaries, and uterus while restoring circulation and nervous system balance.
Patients often notice improvements such as:
More consistent ovulation
Stronger progesterone production after ovulation
Improved blood flow to the uterus and ovaries
Fewer PMS symptoms
Better sleep and reduced stress physiology
Healthier cervical fluid and cycle patterns
Over time, these improvements create a physiological environment that supports conception and a healthy pregnancy.
Not sure what patterns are driving your symptoms? Discover your Fertility Type to find out where to focus.
When you don’t have a plan, more information doesn’t help.
When you don’t know what’s driving your fertility challenges — even with a diagnosis — it’s easy to end up doing a lot of things that don’t quite add up to a plan. The Fertile Earth approach cuts that down — your Fertility Type tells us where to focus, and the clinical sequence tells us in what order. Nutritional, herbal, and lifestyle strategies are then tailored to where you are specifically, not to what works for infertility in general.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
A typical fertility treatment plans starts with weekly treatments for 4 cycles. Within this timeframe it’s common to see significant changes in your cycle, period, BBT chart, and other hormone markers. Your best chances of success occur when these markers reach certain benchmarks. Because every body has its own unique history and response to treatment it’s impossible to give any specific timeline.
-
In some cases, especially for women with a history of EPL or miscarriage, I’ll often suggest pushing pause on TTC until certain hormone markers are within a more ideal range. In other cases, it’s not necessary to take a break from trying.
-
Absolutely.
IVF is an emotionally and physically demanding process.
Regular acupuncture from priming to the TWW can improve egg quality and increase responsiveness during stim phase, manage side effects of medications, improve endometrial receptivity and implantation success, and help you navigate the emotional highs and lows along the way.

No — my practice focuses entirely on women. That said, I always recommend that male partners get a semen analysis and commit to foundational nutrition and supplementation while you're TTC.
