A typical fertility treatment plans starts with weekly treatments for 4 cycles. Within this timeframe it’s common to see significant changes in your cycle, period, BBT chart, and other hormone markers. Your best chances of success occur when these markers reach certain benchmarks. Because every body has its own unique history and response to treatment it’s impossible to give any specific timeline.

My specialty is in treating women, however nearly all nutritional and lifestyle advice can apply to men as well. I do advise that all male partners have a semen analysis as soon as possible and commit to good nutrition and appropriate supplementation to support the physical structure and genetic stability of their sperm when trying to conceive.
